Chest day

This was posted over 11 years ago; my opinions, thoughts, attitude, and writing style may have evolved since then, and this post might have been different if it were to be posted today.

Second day of personal training today. Chest day. Learned how to do bench presses; worked with dumbbells; other weight work. After the training session I capped it off with a 5-mile treadmill run.

Had dinner already but I’m still hungry.
