i saw a car matching this description in the parking lot at work – front-end damage, tinted windows, everything. i called the police anyway and gave them the license plate info. it’s probably not going to be the culprit, but it still seemed a little too coincidental. the officer asked where i saw the car and i simply said “laurel” (which is true) and he said he’ll run the license plate and see what comes up.

i wonder what i’d need to do to get the award if it is the culprit? they didn’t ask my name or anything. i guess there’s always phone rekkids to go off of.
