This was posted over 24 years ago; my opinions, thoughts, attitude, and writing style may have evolved since then, and this post might have been different if it were to be posted today.
ok, so i was still bored… so i did my taxes! ^_^
should be all ok (or “oll korrect” as they used to say back in the day… that’s how “ok” came about y’know…) – my taxes aren’t terribly complicated so i get to use stuff like the 1040-EZ and the maryland state 503 forms ^_^ but i’ll still run ’em by dad just to double-check things…
so, after all’s said and done:
feds: +$77.84
state: -$75.99
and if you do the math, that means after recieving my refund from the feds, and paying the balance due with the state, i get a whole $1.85! yay. 😛
