This was posted over 20 years ago; my opinions, thoughts, attitude, and writing style may have evolved since then, and this post might have been different if it were to be posted today.
i went a few stores down from my store to office depot this morning while i was at work, and saw the husband of one of my mom’s coworkers – he asked me how my trip to europe was, and after talking with him for a few minutes about it i told him how i was going to go back in about a month, but only for about a weekend.
his response: “a weekend, huh? so… what’s she like?”
i guess i started grinning and he pointed at me and laughed, “AHA, GOTCHA!”
p.s. not only am i wearing a green shirt, i am drinking green tea! nyah!
