i just got a call back from the accounting department from work, and we cleared up a misunderstanding (even though i saw that i was supposed to pay it back within a year, it’s supposed to be on a regular basis that was never worked out), so after telling them that i can make another payment at the end of this month they’re going to approve my application now XD

now at least THAT’s cleared up 😛
