This was posted over 18 years ago; my opinions, thoughts, attitude, and writing style may have evolved since then, and this post might have been different if it were to be posted today.
we picked new schedules at work today for next quarter — my 9am-6pm schedule will be no more as i picked a 9am-5:30pm schedule. i’m giving up half of my lunch hour so i can go home 30 minutes early. maybe now i can make it to some post-work baseball games like when i was working 7am-4pm last summer / fall and hated getting up early but loved getting out of work at 4pm.
there’s only two things i can really say about being in this mood — one is “grumble”, and the other is “sigh.”
…*grumble*. *sigh*
that’s called “living the single life for the past 15 months”. 😛
