well, the rest of the family (i had already told feisty_fitz the other day in an email while she’s on her cruise for school) now knows about my roller derby plans.
mom: “why are you doing roller derby?! you’re going to get all knocked around and beat up by big guys! …actually, maybe you should do roller derby so you get knocked around and beat up and won’t say ‘ow!’ when you get hit with a paper bag.”
…thanks mom. hahahaha.
