so apparently if you have apple’s airport express with speakers hooked up, you can stream music to multiple wireless speakers at once: i’ve got a base station hooked up to the tv’s sound system and a base station hooked up to the speakers in my room. it has the streaming to each of these somehow so that the songs are at the exact same point from each set of speakers – they’re all synchronized together perfectly… i had the music playing concurrently from three separate pairs of speakers at once, and i didn’t notice any parts that seemed out of sync as i was checking it out.

the kicker is that i didn’t really realize how fitting the first song i used to try it out with was until afterwards.
