This was posted over 20 years ago; my opinions, thoughts, attitude, and writing style may have evolved since then, and this post might have been different if it were to be posted today.
yesterday i got a letter from anne arundel community college saying that they’ve accepted me, so i just now need to talk to an advisor so i can register for my japanese class i want to take.
then the letter said that because of something in my application to the school, they’ll be charging me the out-of-state tuition. uhh, what? i’ve lived in maryland for the past 20 years!
