i just fiddled around and fixed me a drink:

how to mix glenn’s professor pimm

pour over ice:

~3 oz pimm’s

~8 oz lemonade (as in “lemons, water, and sugar mixed”, not the usual british concept of lemonade as in “something similar to 7-up or sprite”)

add:

1 slice lime

squeeze lime juice to suit taste

stir!

for future reference:

Traditional Pimms No.1

1 slice per person of; orange, lemon, apple, cucmber

1 sprig of mint

2 parts lemonade to 1 part Pimms

Turbo Pimms No.1

As above but

5 parts lemonade, 2 parts Pimms, 1 part Gin

English Passion – Pimms No.6

Take a shaker 2/3 full of ice

50ml of Pimm’s No.6

25ml of Zubrowka vodka

Flesh and juice of a passion fruit

Dash of sugar syrup

Shake well & strain into a tumbler full of ice

Garnish with a sprig of mint & 2 short traws

Maximum Voltage – Pimms No.6

Take a shaker 2/3 full of ice

50ml of Pimm’s No.6

25ml of Zubrowka vodka

25ml of Cointreau

Shake well & strain into a highball full of ice

Fill with soda water and garnish with mint
