after work i stopped by a booth outside the bookstore with info on studying abroad, and it was actually staffed by my cousin teresa’s friend emily who had tutored me in japanese some two years ago and she remembered me, haha. we talked about my ideas for studying abroad in japan and since the program is actually provided by towson i’d be paying towson’s tuition – which is good because it’s even cheaper than umbc’s tuition. she said you can’t study abroad your last semester at umbc, but i figured that anyways.
