apparently there was a water main break at the apartment complex this morning/early afternoon, and shortly after 4 pm the water came back on just long enough for my toilet to refill, but after that one flush the water quit again.

so, i’m crusing the internets and watching “when the levees broke”, a spike lee joint i recorded off of hbo a month ago but is so long that i’m only now getting a chance to sprawl out and give it a watch. it’s a very good documentary and helps to put things into perspective.
