went out in the storm with roommate dave and two of his friends who came here to crash for the night – i put my jacket on, but left off my hat and glasses.

there’s people on erickson field (or as i call it “goosecrap field”) playing football in the rain, and another group of people with a huge giant blue tarp holding on to it and being dragged across the field.

it’s awesome, though… my jacket kept my chest dry for the most part, and my boots kept my feet dry. yay for gore-tex! i toweled off my head when i got back. now the only part of me that’s wet is my pants from about halfway down my thigh to my boots.
