they closed the mall where i was working 3 1/2 hours early because of a leaking roof that partly caved in.

i get home and my bedroom (which is in the basement) is half covered with water, ranging from damp carpet to 1/4″ of water.

great. at least nothing was really damaged by the water in there… it was just a few shirts and one book – stuff like that that got wet.

still… it’s very inconvenient… 😛
