someone called the house while i was still sleeping – phone rang abour 3 or 4 times… so i got up to answer it.

keep in mind i’m still effectively sleeping. so i get to the phone, lift the reciever up and accidentally drop it straight down on the desk and it falls toward the floor dangling from its cord. ^_^;;

i manage to pick it up after bumping it across the desk again

me: “hello?”

phone: *click*

i guess they figured that i picked up the phone and slammed it down on them? ^^;
